Schrezenmaier
Partner
Michael is an operator at heart with more than a decade of C-level experience at unicorns in the B2C, SaaS and Fintech spaces. Also, and maybe most importantly, he can drive a forklift after spending several years in warehouses and cross docks all across Europe working for a global logistics company.
Most recently, he was CEO Europe at SumUp, a global fintech leader for SMEs. Prior to SumUp, he was Co-CEO at Pipedrive, a leading CRM platform for SMEs. During his tenure, Pipedrive achieved unicorn status and was sold to Vista Equity Partners.
Aleksej Mitrjaschkin

Aleksej is an experienced investment professional and recognized expert in the mobility sector. At Porsche SE, the esteemed financial holding company of the Porsche and Piëch families, Aleksej led the development of the investment portfolio and played a key role in the landmark IPO of Porsche AG in 2022, marking a significant milestone for the company and the sector.
With a focus on emerging technologies in autonomous driving, electrification, and mobility management, Aleksej has been instrumental in driving successful investments and exits of Porsche SE.
Aleksej started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.

Vice President
Robin has a proven track record of deal execution since starting his career in investment banking in 2016. Prior to joining Incharge, Robin spent four years at DTCP where he completed over 10 investments across all stages and worked on exits of all types, including strategic M&As, PE roll-up, IPO, SPAC and secondary transactions.
Most recently, he was part of the Growth Equity team and focused on enterprise software investments in North America, Europe & Israel.
Sebastian Feurig
Analyst
Sebastian gained valuable experience through various internships in venture capital, focusing on early-stage climate tech at an Israeli fund and European tech investments at a Berlin-based firm. He holds a double major in Business Administration and Economics, with a finance specialization, from Reichman University in Tel Aviv, Israel.
