Michael Schrezenmaier

Partner

Michael is an operator at heart with more than a decade of C-level experience at unicorns in the B2C, SaaS and Fintech spaces. Most recently, he was CEO Europe at SumUp, a global fintech leader for SMEs. Prior to SumUp, he was Co-CEO at Pipedrive, leading it to unicorn status before its sale to Vista Equity Partners.

Aleksej Mitrjaschkin

Aleksej brings over a decade of experience building and scaling institutional investment platforms. During his 12 years at Porsche SE, he played a key role in establishing its investment management function as a third strategic pillar alongside its core holdings in Volkswagen and Porsche AG. He helped transform the firm into a global investment platform, backing high-growth technology companies and partnering with visionary founders. His approach is grounded in long-term conviction, deep sector expertise, and a powerful strategic network.

Robin Jovenaux

Robin has a proven track record of deal execution since starting his career in investment banking in 2016. Prior to joining Incharge, he spent four years at DTCP completing over 10 investments across all stages, with exits spanning strategic M&As, PE roll-ups, IPOs, SPACs and secondary transactions.

Sebastian gained experience through internships in venture capital, focusing on early-stage climate tech at an Israeli fund and European tech investments at a Berlin-based firm. He holds a double major in Business Administration and Economics from Reichman University in Tel Aviv.
